Congratulations to the HSHS Lady Mallard Varsity Volleyball Team for winning the Midland High School Invitational Tournament this weekend. The Lady Mallards beat Brimfield, Peoria Heights, Stark County and Hall High School to win the championship. Great Job Ladies!

Just a reminder that the next meeting of the Henry-Senachwine Athletic Boosters is TONIGHT at 6:30 p.m. at the high school (Room 8). Masks are required!
Congrats to the Lady Mallard Volleyball Teams for their wins tonight over Stark County. The JV won 25-6 and 25-7 and the Varsity won 25-14 and 25-17. Volleyball is back in action on Thursday night at El Paso-Gridley.

Just a reminder that we have an Early Release (11:30) for heat today and tomorrow. We will continue to use the 11:30 Bell Schedule. Golf WILL travel to Roanoke-Benson this afternoon and Volleyball WILL travel to Marquette. Go Mallards!

Due to the continued heat as we end this week, Henry-Senachwine Schools will release at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday (Aug. 26) and Friday (Aug. 27). Breakfast will still be served in the morning, but lunch will not be served on these days.
Morning preschool classes will attend on Thursday and dismiss at 11:00 a.m. Afternoon preschool classes will not attend on Thursday.
On Friday, there is no preschool for morning or afternoon classes.
Yesterday's postponed Volleyball Match at La Moille has been rescheduled for Monday, September 13th. Volleyball will travel to Ottawa Marquette Thursday, August 26th.

Just a reminder that we have an 11:30 a.m. dismissal time TODAY. We will use this same schedule tomorrow and Wednesday as well. We will be using the 11:30 Early Dismissal Bell Schedule. ACC students attending classes at LP will go to LP at their normal time.

The 2021-2022 HSHS Golf Team competed at the Midland High School Golf Invitational this afternoon at Timber Ridge Golf Course. Congratulations to Ayden Malavolti for finishing 4th, shooting an 82. Great Job Ayden.
Orientation for the HSHS Class of 2025 (Students and Parents) will be held on Tuesday, August 17th from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Orientation will begin in the Auditorium and will wrap up with students/parents locating classrooms and lockers. Please contact the HSHS office with any questions.
All student breakfasts and lunches will be free this school year, per the Illinois State Board of Education.
