Henry-Senachwine School District #5 - Master Facility Planning - Update
Henry-Senachwine School District #5 has taken the next steps in the plan to construct a new high school academic wing addition and perform additional renovation work. An invitation to bid the Henry-Senachwine building addition and renovation has been issued. Bids are due on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. local time.
It is projected that the new high school academic wing addition and renovation work will begin this April of 2025, with the intent of the high school addition being completed for the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
Updated renderings of the high school academic wing addition, renovation work, and the invitation to bid are available on the District website at www.hscud5.org, under tab ‘Master Facility Planning”. The Henry-Senachwine Board of Education will continue to meet monthly and welcomes public attendance at the meetings.
